As the event timeline is approaching, we would like to inform you of the latest updates regarding visa application deadlines, based on each visa type.
Kindly ensure that your visa application is submitted no later than the dates below:
– e-VoA: maximum application date 27 February
– C2 (Business) – Regular: maximum application date 12 February
– C2 (Business) – Express: maximum application date 20 February
– Calling Visa (for nationalities not eligible to apply for C-type visas): applications are no longer available
We strongly encourage all participants to proceed with their visa application promptly to avoid any issues with travel arrangements.
